With an impressive track record, including catapulting <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/thefuturishere\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Futur&#8217;<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s Instagram following from 30K to a staggering 400K, Elle&#8217;s insights are pure gold.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During her talk, Elle emphasized the importance of focus, intention and purpose in every post. She challenged us to ask ourselves\u2014is this content truly reflective of what we want to be known for? She generously shared a proven method to nurture the social media marketing funnel: Awareness &gt; Engage &gt; Discover &gt; Purchase &gt; Delight &gt; Retain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0This can be broken down as follows:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Grow<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is all about your outreach, getting a message into the community and providing value to earn the viewer\u2019s interest.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nurture<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comes after \u201cgrow\u201d as a way to touch base again, or reconnect with those who interacted with your initial \u201cgrow\u201d effort. This is intended to establish trust with the audience member.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Convert <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is the final step before you go back to the beginning.
