When the time came to revamp their existing E-Commerce website, they leaned on GMD to provide a no-fuss Content Management System (CMS) to make simple updates to their website. The client also wanted a little revamp to the look and feel as well as new custom features.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the most important requests from the client was the ability to make changes and tweaks to the site without advanced coding knowledge, or without tearing apart the site (their previous site, while still functional, was not performing to expectations due to difficulties the client faced scaling their existing theme and add-ons). GMD rose to the occasion by building a foolproof site using the Shopify CMS for 122 West. With the easy-to-use CMS, the client is now able to make copy and image changes as well as managing their products and inventory with relative ease.<\/span><\/p>\n

In view of this, GMD built a custom Quote Engine to replace a traditional shopping cart and conventional check out mechanism. With the custom Quote Engine, customers can select their preferred products and request for a quote by providing the desired quantity and their contact information.
