LinkedIn is making the connection easy\u2014brands can set filters and recommendations to easily find freelancers that fit the services they\u2019re looking for, and allow brands to immediately send a request for services, without the usual required LinkedIn connection or follow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next up on the roster, we have TikTok.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TikTok has become a major player when it comes to video content on social media (especially for business and career guidance), and with an average of 3.2 million Canadians on the platform each month, this could be a great place to reach the eyeballs of possible employees for your business. Right now, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/jackkelly\/2021\/05\/14\/tiktok-is-starting-a-job-site-targeted-to-gen-z-zoomers\/?sh=56b9b4985aca\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TikTok has a program<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0where brands can post jobs that will be shared through TikTok clips and users can apply with a TikTok resume.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All in all, there are plenty of opportunities for recruitment on social media\u2014and it\u2019s only up from here. But before you start planning posts for available jobs, you should ensure your brand is set up for success. If you\u2019re looking to incorporate recruitment into your social brand, first, it\u2019s important to focus on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hootsuite.com\/a-6-step-guide-for-creating-an-employee-advocacy-program-for-your-business\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">employee advocacy<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Your employees have communities of their own that could help to attract talent for your own team.
