A couple of weeks ago I posted a blog with a Mavenlink tutorial<\/a>. I included my email address in case readers were looking for more clarity. Since then, I haven’t received a single email inquiry but I’m still seeing and hearing about Mavenlink woes.<\/p>\n

I put this tutorial together to reduce your workload<\/strong> and make your life easier<\/strong>. Believe me, master the basics of Mavenlink and you will notice how much more efficiently you are able to work.<\/p>\n

What is a Mavenlink?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Mavenlink is a project management tool. You can use it to keep track of <\/span>anything<\/strong> and <\/span>everything<\/strong> that happens involving a client\u2019s digital campaign.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Where do they come from?<\/span><\/h2>\n

When you (the rep) sell a digital campaign, you fill out a JotForm which is sent directly to the marketing team. The team sets up the Mavenlink and invites all required members (including you!).<\/span><\/p>\n

What does it do?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Mavenlink can be used for many things. <\/span>However<\/span><\/i>, let\u2019s not worry about all the things it <\/span>can<\/b> do, and worry only about what we <\/span>need<\/b> it to do. We really only need Mavenlink for 2 things:<\/span><\/p>\n

  2. Communicating with the marketing team<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
