Instead, it\u2019s in blog\u00a0form and there are less than 10 questions \u2013\u00a0<em>because you\u2019re busy and we respect your time.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>This week on Team GMD, we are featuring Nancy Lu, our\u00a0Digital Ad Trafficker. Nancy helps the sales teams with data entry and online advertising campaigns\u00a0booking. On a typical workday,\u00a0 Nancy and the Ad Operation team coordinates, schedules, manages and\u00a0monitors\u00a0all digital\u00a0projects using multiple systems and tools.\u00a0For example, they monitor ad delivery, optimize campaigns, provide ongoing assurance support, enter campaigns into the billing system, and so on\u2026. Also, I will take a walk after lunch if I am not busy to enjoy the weather.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Causes you are passionate about:<\/strong>\u00a0Environment. It forces me to enjoy the discomfort of change.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Explain your work process in ad ops. How do you keep all your tasks organized:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After I get the email requests, I will have a daily to-do list to prioritize daily tasks and set a reminder and use email calendar to schedule tasks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>One tip for working with the marketing team:\u00a0<\/strong>Slack them or communicate in person instead of emails\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>One tip for working with the sales team:\u00a0<\/strong>Asking\/Confirming the campaign detail information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>One thing school taught you and one thing it didn\u2019t:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The skill learnt in school is Teamwork. Group project allows students to build teamwork skill, including how to communicate and solve the problem.<\/p>\n<p>School never taught you how to manage\/control emotions.
