Whenever someone with a smartphone\u00b9 enters any of these areas in real life, they are added to the geo-fencing segment, meaning they can be targeted with the King\u2019s programmatic ads for the next month, on almost any website or mobile app they visit. This tactic ensures that their online ads will be only seen by people in their\u00a0market, including Jordan, who have\u00a0already shown a clear intent to purchase jewellery.<\/p>\n<p>The Five Diamonds store was also included as a geo-fencing <em>conversion zone<\/em>. This meant that\u00a0Glacier Media was able to present to\u00a0its client the impact of the\u00a0geo-fencing campaign on real foot traffic using a\u00a0<em>geo-lift report<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>When explaining the benefits of programmatic advertising,\u00a0always include a geo-fencing strategy that can be used to\u00a0target high-quality customers,\u00a0some of which might need the client&#8217;s products to take their relationships to the next level.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00b9 &#8220;25.5 million people in Canada use smartphones \u2013 70% of the population.&#8221; (<a
