Here at Glacier Media, our internal agency ecosystem is\u00a0made up of 150+ folks.<\/h2>\n

Another week, another Team GMD Q&A. It\u2019s kind of like Vogue\u2019s 73 Questions<\/a>. Instead, it\u2019s in blog\u00a0form and there are less than 10 questions \u2013 because you\u2019re busy and we respect your time<\/em>.<\/p>\n

This week we are excited to introduce Manny Kang the digital manager of the Tri-City News<\/a>.\u00a0 Manny is stealthy in his management style (smooooth) and methodical in strategizing with clients so they stay with us for the long haul.\u00a0 In Manny\u2019s spare time \u2013 he is a husband, father of two and is the founder of www.semofoundation.com<\/a>, a non-profit organization that has been inspired by his mother.\u00a0 He is truly an asset to Glacier & most especially the Tri-City News.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hobbies:<\/strong>\u00a0I love playing golf (poorly) \ud83d\ude42<\/u><\/p>\n

Hidden talent:<\/strong>\u00a0I have some solid dance moves like the Running Man and Roger Rabbit \u2013 bring back the 90\u2019s<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Two truths one lie:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. I have wrestled<\/li>\n
  2. I have boxed<\/li>\n
  3. I have bench pressed 275 pounds.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Favourite song right now:<\/strong>\u00a0Various Acoustic Covers of Top songs by unknown artists.\u00a0 Loving my Spotify discovery playlists.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

    Morning rituals:\u00a0 <\/strong>Either a 6AM workout or a relaxing coffee while consuming my Social Media updates.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

    How do you celebrate when you make a sale:\u00a0<\/strong>I call my Sales Director Bentley Yamaura as it makes his day and I believe he does the celebration dance on my behalf. I close deals just to keep Bentley dancing!<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

    What’s the best thing about Glacier:<\/strong>\u00a0The People.\u00a0 Everyone has been very welcoming and supportive along the way to get things done!<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

    Your coffee\/ McD\/ bar order:<\/strong>\u00a0Simple coffee with cream only.\u00a0 Sometimes I live it up and add half a sugar when ordering at a coffee shop.\u00a0 McD\u2019s = NO thank you.\u00a0 Bar order is usually a craft beer that I have never heard of before.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

    Personal kryptonite:<\/strong>\u00a0Come on people, I would never disclose this.<\/u><\/p>\n

    Office habit:<\/strong>\u00a0I actually sit down to eat lunch in the actual lunchroom every day.\u00a0 Most of my team thinks this is a little different?\u00a0 Eating at your desk is only causing you internal tension and mayhem.\u00a0 Take a short break, relax and I assure you that your focus will improve and you will actually conquer more – be ready to accept success!<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

    Rap name:<\/strong>\u00a0The Kangster (also my everyday nickname)<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

    It’s 2 PM on a Saturday afternoon. What are you doing:\u00a0<\/strong> I have 2 young kids, so I make sure they are busy doing activities so I can enjoy my afternoon coffee and a treat to match.\u00a0 That\u2019s my 15 minutes of Zen before the kids jump on me again.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
